Reiki

Reiki is Japanese for “Universal Energy.” A light touch method of healing, channeling energy to promote internal healing. Promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Experience amazing results, especially when combined with Chakra Balancing. Can be administered with a light touch or no touch for those who may not enjoy hands-on massage. And can be added to any other facial or body treatment. Reiki is offered by certified Reiki master Nancy Hart.
Chakra Balancing
Balancing the seven main energy centers, (the body’s circuit centers) with optional Chakra meditation. Chakra stones and tuning instruments may also be applied directly to the Chakra centers to open and clear these energy centers through vibration sound therapy. A truly unique, intuitive, and progressive Therapy session. Promotes clarity, balance, harmony, and empowerment.
The Soul of Healing Massage
Featuring the soothing narration of Deepak Chopra’s Soul of Healing meditation over trancelike music. The message here is that one can naturally prevail over serious life challenges by becoming more attuned to one’s body–by relaxing and filtering out the external world, focusing on and influencing internal sensations and banishing negative thoughts, and focusing on the positive aspects of life. This session shows how enlightening and empowering meditation can be when practiced with holistic body massages.
BARS Session
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are bars for Healing, Body, Control, Awareness, Creativity, Power, Aging, Sex and Money just to name a few. By gently touching these points on the head, the energy and barriers dissipate and the electromagnetic charge is released. Releasing stuck energy is like deleting old files off your computer. You have more space to create something new and wonderful with more up to date tools!
